Anchorage Amphitheater. Live entertainment including
- “Shakespeare in the Parking Lot” – 45-minute presentation of “The Tempest”
- Sailor School – 90 minutes of sea shanties, stories and skills at 10 a.m. daily
- Magic Shows – Tacoma’s own Geoff Kanick is back for this year’s festival

Living History Encampment. Step back in history and re-live the Age of Sail. Meet Thea Foss and others from Tacoma’s maritime past, courtesy of the Washington Humanities Inquiring Minds Program. See a Spanish landing party from the 1680s and visit a working blacksmith shop. See the Tumwater Historical Society’s display of an overland stagecoach and much more!

Military Displays. Showcases the armed forces. Include static displays of vessels, Tacoma’s military history and information about all branches of the service.

Crows Nest – Accessible Viewing Areas. Get close to the ships for a great photo opportunity! ADA-accessible viewing areas are provided for our guests who, due to safety regulations, are physically unable to board a ship. In addition to prime views of the ships, the Crows Nest will have crew members available to answer questions and talk about life on board. Look for the Crows Nest sign and ADA icon and come and enjoy the fun!
